Not sure where to start?

A 30-minute call. Then a plan sized to you.

No deck, no pitch. An honest read on what you need next and whether I am the right person to do it. If I am not, I will tell you who is.

How it starts

Every engagement begins with strategy.

It is the only way to tell you which modules you actually need, and the one step we never skip. A LinkedIn profile needs an hour of it; a product launch or a new market needs the full workshop: two sessions, one written strategy and a shortlist of who to talk to. Then we execute together, module by module.

Step 130-minute callWhat you want, what you have tried, what worked and what didn't. Free.
Step 2Strategy stepFrom one hour for a profile or a pitch to a two-session workshop for a launch or a market entry. Priced as a module.
Step 3Written strategy & planPositioning, priorities, the modules that matter and the ones that don't, in a document you keep whatever you decide next.
Step 4ExecutionFixed-price modules, a success-fee campaign, or a fractional Chief Growth Officer retainer. I do the work.

Four ways to work together

In ascending order of commitment.

01 · FirstStrategy Workshop

The mandatory first step for a launch or a market entry. Two sessions, a written strategy and a target list. Sized down to a single hour when the job is a profile or a pitch.

  • Go-to-market, product launch or market entry
  • Two 2-hour sessions, one mid-way for feedback
  • Written strategy you keep
  • Shortlist of who to talk to first
Priced per market or per launch.
02 · Build and launchSprint

A fixed-scope, fixed-price module with two revision rounds, invoiced on kick-off and on delivery. You know what you get and when.

  • Rebrand, website, pitch deck, portfolio
  • LinkedIn profiles, founder and company
  • Landing page, event campaign
  • App or SaaS first version
Most engagements are two or three sprints in a row.
03 · GrowGrowth Partner

A fractional Chief Growth Officer retainer, or outreach on a success fee once the materials are ready. Pipeline, partners, LinkedIn strategy, events, tenders: one person who owns the number.

  • Agreed goal and capacity
  • Weekly pipeline review
  • Success fee: paid when you decide to submit or a contract is signed
  • Advisory sprint bank as the light version
Offered once Build and Launch are in place.
04 · Inside the teamFractional COO / CSO

When a project is not enough: two to five hours a week inside your team as fractional Chief Operating or Chief Sales Officer, owning operations or the commercial side alongside the founder.

  • Two to five hours a week, agreed in advance
  • Operations or sales, or both
  • Sits in your leadership meetings
  • Hand-over to an in-house hire when ready
For firms that need senior hands, not another supplier.

Questions people ask on the call

Before you book.

Do I have to do the workshop?

For a launch or a new market, yes: without it I cannot tell you where your added value is strongest, for whom, or which modules you need, and we would be guessing with your money. For a profile, a pitch or a single campaign, the strategy step is an hour, not a workshop.

Who actually does the work?

I do. Specialists come in where they are better than me, development partners for an app build for instance, but I run every engagement hands-on and there are no account managers between us.

Which languages and markets?

English, French and Italian natively; Spanish and Portuguese markets covered with local partners. Ten markets with a local network: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Canada. Home-market work anywhere.

How are modules priced and invoiced?

Fixed scope, fixed price, two revision rounds. Invoices are sent on the day of kick-off and on the day of delivery; nothing is payable at 30 days. Outreach can run on a success fee when your pitch materials are ready, and a fractional Chief Growth Officer retainer is priced to an agreed goal and capacity.

We are not in real estate, architecture or engineering. Is that a problem?

The method works for any firm that sells expertise B2B, and I have run it for hospitality, events, media, education and medical-device companies. The sectors on this site are where I know the buyers personally; that is where the market-entry work is strongest.

Can you work with our existing agency or team?

Yes. I often sit between a founder and an agency, or lead a marketing or sales hire the firm has just made. The strategy step defines who does what.
