Market entry strategy · international expansion · local partners

Market entry consultant for France, Europe, the Gulf and North America.

Where your added value is strongest in the new market, how to frame it for that culture, who buys it there, and the first meetings opened by us, in the local language. Ten markets with a local network: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Canada.

Is this you?

What we hear on the first call.

We've nailed it locally. Now we want to spread the risk and go international.

What is really wrongProduct-market fit at home, all of it in one economy. No positioning, partners or presence in the next market, and a pitch that wins at home and loses abroad.

What we do about itThe market-entry strategy workshop first, always. Then in-market set-up, native-language presence, local partners and the first meetings, opened by us.

The next big client is in another country.

What is really wrongYou know where the work is; you do not know who buys it there, in what language, or against whom.

What we do about itA pitch framed for that culture, a shortlist of the people who buy, and accompanied introductions in the local language.

We tried France. We spent a year on events and got nothing.

What is really wrongThree teams each running their own version of the strategy, leading with what works at home, showing the wrong portfolio to a market with different rules.

What we do about itOne strategy, one vocabulary, a portfolio re-selected for the market, and a PR and partnership plan that builds familiarity before the first pitch.

What you get

The workshop first. Then the ground.

How it works

A 30-minute call. Then a strategy step sized to the job.

Every module is fixed scope and fixed price, with two revision rounds, invoiced on kick-off and on delivery. The same person does the work from the first call to the last deliverable.

Step 130-minute callWhat you want, what you have tried, what worked. An honest read on whether we are the right fit.
Step 2StrategyFrom one hour to a two-session workshop, depending on the job. Written down, yours to keep.
Step 3ExecutionFixed-price modules, or a retainer when the work is ongoing.
Step 4Hand-overYour team learns the method as we run it, so it keeps working without us.

Questions

Asked before most first calls.

Which countries do you cover?

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Canada, with a local network and on-the-ground presence. Delivered in English, French or Italian; Spanish and Portuguese markets covered with local partners.

Why is the workshop mandatory?

Because without it we cannot tell you where your added value is strongest in the new market, or for whom. Every market entry that skipped it spent a year on the wrong events.

How long does a market entry take?

The workshop takes two to three weeks. First meetings usually happen within three months of the in-market set-up; a signed contract or a won bid within six to twelve, as it did for UNStudio in France.

Can you run the outreach on a success fee?

Yes, where the pitch materials are ready: paid when you decide to submit a tender or a contract is signed.

Do we need a local entity?

Not to start. A virtual office address, native-language pages and a local profile are enough for the first meetings; registration follows when the pipeline justifies it.
