Go-to-market strategy consulting · product launch · app launch marketing

Go-to-market strategy for apps, SaaS and services that sell to professionals.

Segment, country, message, channel and sequence, written down and then run with you. For proptech and B2B SaaS founders, and for firms launching a new service, event or market. We start from your users and from what your clients look for before they buy, so the launch sells, not just announces.

Is this you?

What we hear on the first call.

We built the app. We don't know how to market it.

What is really wrongThe product was built from the inside. Nobody wrote down who buys it, why now, and what they will compare it to.

What we do about itA go-to-market workshop: the segment that pays first, the country to start in, the message, the channels and the sequence. Then the launch, run step by step.

We are launching, and we want to be international from day one.

What is really wrongOne story that does not survive translation, launched everywhere at once, so it lands nowhere.

What we do about itOne story designed to travel, then launched market by market with the local language, partners and press.

We have a great product and a flat launch.

What is really wrongA launch treated as a date, not a campaign: a post, a press release, silence.

What we do about itA launch run as a campaign: founders' profiles, partners, press and outreach sequenced over twelve weeks, with the first customers worked by hand.

Rent Roll Pulse: a consultant's spreadsheet became a product.

ProblemA property-management consultant had a scoring model in Excel, a loyal client base and no product, no brand and no plan.
What we didProduct scope and first version, brand kit, website with a 29-article hub, email system and a Queensland-first go-to-market to the first 500 agencies.
ResultA launched app with its own brand, a content hub that ranks for the questions agencies ask, and a plan the founder runs herself.

How it works

A 30-minute call. Then a strategy step sized to the job.

Every module is fixed scope and fixed price, with two revision rounds, invoiced on kick-off and on delivery. The same person does the work from the first call to the last deliverable.

Step 130-minute callWhat you want, what you have tried, what worked. An honest read on whether we are the right fit.
Step 2StrategyFrom one hour to a two-session workshop, depending on the job. Written down, yours to keep.
Step 3ExecutionFixed-price modules, or a retainer when the work is ongoing.
Step 4Hand-overYour team learns the method as we run it, so it keeps working without us.

Questions

Asked before most first calls.

What is a go-to-market strategy?

A written answer to five questions: who buys first, why now, what we tell them, where we reach them and in what order. It is the document every launch, hire and campaign refers back to.

How long does the workshop take?

Two sessions of two hours, one at the start and one mid-way to react to the draft strategy, plus the written document and the target shortlist. Usually two to three weeks end to end.

Do you also build the product?

We scope and design the first version from the user's side and work with development partners for the build. Where a product already exists, we review it as its customer would before launching.

Which sectors?

Proptech and B2B SaaS, and services sold to professionals: architecture, engineering, real estate, hospitality and events. Firms whose buyers are busy people who decide personally.

Can you run the launch too?

Yes. The strategy is one module; the launch sprint is the next, and most clients take both.
