Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you give us when you book a call or write to us, we use it to reply and to run the engagement, and we do not sell it.
When you book a call through our calendar (Calendly), you give your name, email address and the notes you choose to add; Calendly processes that booking under its own privacy policy. When you email info@fearlesshorizons.com, we keep the email. This site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels; it loads fonts from Google Fonts and the booking widget from Calendly, which may record standard technical data such as your IP address.
We use your details to reply to you, to prepare and run the work you ask us for, to invoice it, and, if you agree, to send you our newsletter. We keep client records for as long as the law on commercial and tax documents requires. We share data only with the providers we need to deliver the work (calendar, email, invoicing, document tools), each under its own data-processing terms, and never for their marketing.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by writing to info@fearlesshorizons.com. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority. The controller is Fearless Horizons, represented by Giulia De Mauro.
