Grow · Lead generation, partnerships, tenders, market entry

Lead generation, partnerships and market entry that fill the pipeline.

Partners, clients, tenders, new markets. Named decision-makers and the outreach run for you. Partners and sponsors signed. Tenders won. New markets opened in the local language, with a local network. Or all of it, as your fractional Chief Growth Officer.

Is this you?

Four sentences we hear on the first call.

Grow is the answer when the thing is ready and the problem is who buys it next.

We need clients and partners, not a sales team.

What is really wrongNo pipeline system. Opportunities come from the founder's personal network and dry up when the founder is busy delivering.

What we do about itTarget lists with named decision-makers, partner introductions, outreach campaigns run on your behalf, tender support, or a fractional Chief Growth Officer who owns the number.

We go to trade shows and come back with nothing.

What is really wrongThe event was attended, not worked: no target list, no meetings booked in advance, no sponsor or partner conversation prepared, no follow-up.

What we do about itThe commercial side of the event: who to meet, meetings booked before the doors open, the sponsor and partnership deals prepared, and a follow-up playbook that converts the week after.

We've nailed it locally. Now we want to spread the risk and go international.

What is really wrongProduct-market fit at home, all of it in one economy. No positioning, partners or presence in the next market.

What we do about itThe market-entry strategy workshop first, always. Then in-market establishment, native-language presence, local partners and the first meetings, opened by us.

The next big client is in another country.

What is really wrongYou know where the work is; you do not yet know who buys it there, in what language, or against whom.

What we do about itA pitch framed for that culture, a shortlist of the people who buy, and accompanied introductions in the local language.

What we do

Six modules. Pick the ones you need.

Sprints, success fees or a retainer, depending on the module. Everything delivered in English, French or Italian; Spanish and Portuguese markets covered.

Target lists & outreach

Run for you

A shortlist of the decision-makers who buy what you sell, with each contact's name, email, LinkedIn and phone number, plus a draft message matched to the prospect. Then the outreach itself, run on your behalf from a dedicated address, in the local language. Offered on a success fee where the pitch materials are ready.

  • Named decision-makers, verified
  • Email, LinkedIn and phone per contact
  • Tailored message per prospect
  • Outreach run from a dedicated address
  • Replies handled, meetings booked
  • Success-fee option

Partnerships & introductions

The door, opened

Strategic partners for distribution and introductions, and accompanied pitches: we come with you, in the room or on the call, until the relationship stands on its own.

  • Partner map per market
  • Introductions through our network
  • Accompanied pitches
  • Partnership terms drafted
  • Referral arrangements
  • Follow-up cadence

Event business development

The commercial side of the show

Sponsors, partners and clients signed around a show. Target list, meetings pre-booked, the sponsor pitch delivered in person, and the week-after conversion.

  • Prioritised target list
  • Meetings booked before the event
  • Sponsor and partner pitch
  • On-site business development
  • Follow-up playbook
  • Deals closed, not cards collected

Tender & RFP support

Positioning that wins

Positioning and writing for public and private tenders: which ones to go for, what to say, and the document itself. Per RFP under the commission model, or inside a retainer.

  • Tender watch and selection
  • Go / no-go in a page
  • Positioning and win themes
  • Writing and design
  • Partner consortia
  • Debrief after the result

Market entry

Ten markets, local network

The strategy workshop first, always: without it we cannot tell you where your added value is strongest, or for whom. Then in-market establishment, a native-language presence, local partners, and a local sales presence: a team on the ground, or us as it.

  • Market-entry strategy workshop
  • In-market set-up: address, registration
  • Native-language landing pages and profiles
  • Local partners and first meetings
  • Local sales team or interim
  • PR and visibility in the entry market

Fractional Chief Growth Officer

One person who owns the number

A retainer that mixes any of the above to an agreed goal and capacity: pipeline, partners, LinkedIn strategy, events, tenders. For firms that need a senior growth lead without the senior hire. The advisory sprint bank, a few hours a week or a month, is the light version.

  • Agreed goal and capacity
  • Weekly pipeline review
  • Any module, as needed
  • Reporting your board can read
  • Advisory sprint bank as the light version
  • Hand-over to an in-house hire when ready

New markets, when you are ready for them

Designed for the market you are entering, not translated into it.

A pitch that wins in Toronto loses in Paris. A brand that reads as premium in Dubai reads as loud in Zurich. We design the product, the brand, the message and the approach for the culture that will buy it, because we have lived and sold in those cultures ourselves.

Ten markets with a local network and on-the-ground presence. Delivered in English, French or Italian; Spanish and Portuguese markets covered.

How it works

A 30-minute call. Then a strategy step sized to the job.

Every module is fixed scope and fixed price, with two revision rounds, invoiced on kick-off and on delivery. You always know what you get and when.

Step 130-minute callWhat you sell, to whom today, and where the next clients are. An honest read on whether I am the right person.
Step 2Strategy workshopTwo sessions, one written strategy, a target list. Mandatory for a market entry; an hour for a single campaign.
Step 3Pipeline sprint or success feeOutreach, partners, events or tenders, fixed scope or paid on results where the materials are ready.
Step 4Growth PartnerThe fractional Chief Growth Officer retainer, once Build and Launch are in place and the pipeline needs an owner.

Grow · HEC Mercure Award 2026 · Saudi Arabia

A CEO nominated for the HEC Mercure Award 2026, with eight weeks to win the alumni vote.

ProblemA Saudi CEO was nominated for the HEC Mercure Award 2026, decided by some 2,000 HEC alumni votes across seven countries, half of them French-speaking. He had no list and no campaign.
What we didBuilt the segmented alumni list, wrote the campaign in French and English, ran the one-to-one outreach on his behalf, recruited senior endorsers, placed regional press and rehearsed the jury interview.
Result500 alumni contacted, 1,500+ new connections, 353 positive replies and 247 public endorsements in eight weeks.
