LinkedIn strategy for founders and the companies they lead.

One package, built around a goal: who you want to reach, and what should happen when they find you. Your personal brand, your company page, how you reach out to people and what you post, all pointing at the same people. Run by hand, fully within LinkedIn's terms, in English, French or Italian. For founders, partners and executives in architecture, engineering, real estate, proptech, hospitality and events.

Is this you?

What we hear on the first call.

Our clients come by word of mouth. We want LinkedIn to bring us real leads.

What is really wrongReferrals are great until they stop. The founder's profile reads like a CV, the company page is empty, and the posts, when there are any, describe services instead of telling stories.

What we do about itWe start from the goal and the people you need to reach, then rebuild the profile and the company page around it, and set up the posting and outreach routine that turns views into booked calls.

I know I should post. I never find the time, and I don't know what to say.

What is really wrongPosting without a strategy is why it feels like a chore: no clear audience, no reason for each post, no way to tell if it worked. So the account goes quiet.

What we do about itA posting plan tied to your goal, with formats and topics that work for your audience. We can write it with you or for you, from a monthly call, in your voice, and you approve in minutes.

We tried a LinkedIn agency. We got followers, not clients.

What is really wrongGrowth for its own sake: viral hooks aimed at nobody in particular, no outreach, no follow-up, no link between visibility and pipeline.

What we do about itStrategy first. Content aimed at the companies you actually want to work with, plus the connection, comment and direct-message routine that starts conversations with them, and a lead log to prove it.

What you get

One LinkedIn strategy, five parts that work together.

Strategy and goals

Start · one-off

What LinkedIn should do for you: the goal, the people who matter, the message, and how the founder and the company page split the work.

  • Goal and audience definition
  • Target list of companies and roles
  • Positioning and key messages
  • Plan for founder and company page

Personal branding

Build · one-off

The founder's profile rebuilt so the right people understand in five seconds who you help and why you.

  • Headline, About, Featured, Experience
  • Banner and visual kit
  • Photo and profile review
  • Capability one-pager to send after a call

Company branding

Build · one-off

The company page built to match: clear positioning, visuals, showcase of work, and a reason to follow.

  • Company page copy and structure
  • Visual kit and post templates
  • Team advocacy guidelines
  • Newsletter set-up if it fits

Outreach

Grow · monthly

How to reach out to the people you want to work with: curated connection requests with a personal note, comment and direct-message routines, follow-up. No automation, no bans.

  • Connection notes and DM sequences
  • Daily engagement routine
  • Follow-up after events and calls
  • Lead log: every call traced to a post or a message

Content and posting

Launch · monthly

What to post, when and why, so every post moves you towards the goal. Written with you or for you, in your voice, from a monthly call.

  • Content plan and calendar
  • Posts and articles in your register
  • Hooks, formats and timing tested against the analytics
  • Monthly numbers: reach, followers, conversations, leads

How it works

A 30-minute call. Then a strategy step sized to the job.

Every module is fixed scope and fixed price, with two revision rounds, invoiced on kick-off and on delivery. The same person does the work from the first call to the last deliverable.

Step 130-minute callWhat you want, what you have tried, what worked. An honest read on whether we are the right fit.
Step 2StrategyFrom one hour to a two-session workshop, depending on the job. Written down, yours to keep.
Step 3ExecutionFixed-price modules, or a retainer when the work is ongoing.
Step 4Hand-overYour team learns the method as we run it, so it keeps working without us.

Questions

Asked before most first calls.

What is included in a LinkedIn strategy?

Five parts that work together: the strategy and goals, personal branding for the founder, company page branding, outreach, and content and posting. You can start with one part, but they work best as a package because they all point at the same people.

How much does a LinkedIn strategy cost?

The strategy and the profile and company page work are one-off modules. Content and outreach run as a monthly retainer, sized to the volume. Every module is fixed scope and fixed price, with two revision rounds. The price is on the first call once we know the scope.

Do you write the posts for me?

If you want. Some founders want a plan and coaching and write themselves; others want it written for them. Either way it starts from a monthly call, in your voice, and you approve everything.

Do you use automation tools?

No. Everything runs by hand inside your account, within LinkedIn's terms. Automation is how accounts get restricted; a human routine is how they grow.

How long before it works?

Reach moves within the first month. Inbound conversations typically start in month two or three, once the profile, the company page, the content and the outreach are all pointing at the same people.

Which languages?

English, French and Italian natively. Bilingual campaigns, such as French and English for an alumni vote, are a specialty.
